基于使用后评价的青岛滨海步行道优化策略研究

Research on Optimization Strategy of Qingdao Coastal Pedestrian Path Based on Post Occupancy Evaluation

青岛市日益成为一线旅游城市,滨海步行空间的品质也需要大幅提升,以起到示范引领作用。青岛滨海步行道是青岛市步行空间的重要组成部分,文章以使用后评价为理论依据,分析人们对青岛市滨海步行道的满意度与行人的空间感受,并借助实地调研、访谈调查、调查问卷等手段,分析滨海步行道使用者在空间感受、交通流线、公共设施、景观配置等方面的问题,从步行道整体对滨海步行道进行评析,在此基础上提出针对青岛滨海步行道的改进策略,为滨海空间更新设计理论提供支撑和优化方向。

Qingdao is increasingly becoming a first-tier tourist city,and the quality of coastal pedestrian space also needs to be greatly improved to play a demonstration and leading role.Qingdao coastal pedestrian path is an important part of Qingdao’s pedestrian space.Based on post occupancy evaluation,this paper analyzes the people’s satisfaction and spatial perception with Qingdao coastal pedestrian path,and uses field investigation,interview survey,questionnaires and other means to analyze the spatial feeling,traffic flow,public facilities,landscape configuration and other issues of the coastal pedestrian path by the users.Then it analyzes the coastal pedestrian path from the overall pedestrian path.On this basis,the strategies for improving Qingdao costal pedestrian path have been proposed to provide support and optimization direction for the renewal and design theory of coastal space.
