摘要
在城市高质量发展与老工业区转型的背景下,以已改造完成的工业遗产——“长江180”艺术街区为研究对象,回顾了老厂区的历史背景及价值,调查了厂区更新及使用情况,从业态融通、功能提升、废旧厂房、机器设备利用四方面探讨更新的优势、特色,并从建造中、使用后两个时间段分析了工业遗产改造存在的问题。最后,针对忽视职工生活区一体化改造、照明系统不足、生成弱势空间等问题提出了提升建议,为同类型工业遗产的可持续提供借鉴。
Under the background of high-quality development of the city and the transformation of the old industrial area,taking the renovated industrial heritage-Yangtze River 180 Art District as the research object,the historical background and value of the old factory area are reviewed,and the renewal and use of the factory area are investigated.The advantages and characteristics of the renewal are discussed from four aspects:business integration,functional improvement,waste workshops,and the utilization of machinery and equipment,and the problems existing in the transformation of industrial heritage during construction and after use are analyzed.Finally,suggestions for improvement are put forward in view of the neglect of the integrated transformation of the living quarters of employees,the lack of lighting systems,and the generation of vulnerable spaces.It provides a reference for the sustainability of the same type of industrial heritage.
