以POCT为侧重的体外诊断类生命健康产业园的研究(一)——园区规划设计

因全球新冠疫情的催化作用,体外诊断产业快速发展。当今时代,我国体外诊断行业市场规模年复合增长率预计仍将达到10.81%。随着行业的快速发展,体外检测类的生命健康产业园,尤其是POCT即时检测类的规划与建设正成为产业园区设计的又一重要细分领域。文章主要分析这类产业园的发展趋势和规划设计的要点,在园区规划层面厘清设计重难点,从而让设计从业者对此类产业园有相对系统的了解,同时为下阶段建筑设计提供理论依据。

Due to the catalytic effect of the global COVID-19 pandemic,the in-vitro diagnostics industry has rapidly developed.In the post-pandemic era,the compound annual growth rate of the in-vitro diagnostics industry market in China is expected to reach 10.81%.With the rapid development of the industry,the planning and construction of life and health industry parks,especially POCT instant testing parks,has become another important sub-field in the design of industrial parks.This paper mainly analyzes the development trends and key planning and design elements of these industrial parks,clarifies the design focus and difficulties at the park planning level,and enables the design practitioners to have a relatively systematic understanding on such industrial parks.Meanwhile,it also provides a theoretical basis for the architectural design of next phase.
