Under the influence of Industry 4.0,the digital economy has become a new driving force for global economic growth.This paper studies the impact of digital transformation on enterprise management,discusses the demands of the digital economy for enterprise management and the motivations for transformation,as well as the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats that may be faced in the process of digital transformation,analyzes the motivations and risks of enterprise management digitalization,and puts forward the specific measures of enterprise management systems under the current digital economy transformation for reference.
