产业结构变迁对城乡收入差距的影响研究--基于辽宁省14个地级市面板数据分析

Research on the Impact of Industrial Structure Changes on Urban-rural Income Gaps--Based on the Panel Data from 14 Prefecture-level Cities in Liaoning Province

深入学习贯彻党的二十大报告精神,全面推进新时代,要推进辽宁省振兴发展,其中缩小辽宁省城乡收入差距是重中之重。本文利用2010—2021年辽宁省14个地级市的面板数据进行变截距面板模型实证研究,研究发现产业结构高级化会扩大辽宁省城乡收入差距,产业结构合理化会缩小辽宁省城乡收入差距,经济发展水平对辽宁省城乡收入差距的影响处于库兹涅茨收入分配相关理论倒“U”型的左边。因此,政府在制定相关政策时,应注重三次产业的合理发展,辽宁省第三产业发展内部差距较大,并且同中国发达省份以及发达国家相比差距较大,因此需要注重第三产业的发展,同时需要关注产业结构高级化防止出现城乡收入扩大。

The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to comprehensively promote the development of the new era and the rejuvenized development of Liaoning,and narrowing the urbanrural income gaps in Liaoning Province is a top priority.This paper uses the panel data of 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province from 2010 to 2021 to conduct an empirical study with a variable intercept panel model and fi nds that:the advanced industrial structure will widen the urban-rural income gaps in Liaoning Province;the rationalization of the industrial structure will narrow the urban-rural income gaps in Liaoning Province;the impact of the level of economic development on the urban-rural income gaps in Liaoning Province is on the left side of the inverted“U”shape of the Kuznets’theory on the distribution of income.Therefore,the government should pay attention to the rational development of the tertiary industry when formulating relevant policies.There is a big gap in the development of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province,and the gap is bigger than that in developed provinces in China and developed countries,so it is necessary to pay attention to the development of the tertiary industry as well as the advancement of the industrial structure to prevent urban-rural income gaps from expanding.
