基于纺织行业及社会需求,立足以工程实践能力和创新创业能力为基础的纺织专业学生培养,探讨创新人才培养模式,从人才培养存在问题关键环节入手,进行积极探索,建立了一套基于校企联合、产教融合、科教融合等的人才培养模式,使学生的创新创业能力得到显著提高。

Based on the textile industry and societal needs,this study explores an innovative talent cultivation model for textile majors that prioritizes the development of engineering practical skills and innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.By addressing critical aspects of talent cultivation,the study commences an active exploration.It establishes a talent cultivation model that revolves around the principles of university-industry collaboration,integration of industry and education,and the fusion of science and education.This approach significantly enhances students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.
