摘要
为实现盛鑫煤业42201工作面的安全生产,开展了老巷充填技术研究。在对比不同老巷处理方式、不同注浆材料的基础上,确定采用高水材料地面灌注充填技术。在地面施工定向充填钻孔11个,采用化学材料对老巷进行密闭。对老巷进行充填后,工作面回采过程中工作阻力保持稳定,未发生明显的片帮、冒顶,取得了理想的充填效果。
In order to realize the safe production of No.42201 Face in Shengxin Coal Industry,the research on old roadway filling technology was carried out.On the basis of comparing different old roadway treatment methods and different grouting materials,the ground filling technology with high water material was determined.11 directional filling boreholes were constructed on the ground,and the old roadway was sealed with chemical materials.After filling the old roadway,the working resistance remained stable during the mining process of the working face,no obvious spalling and roof fall occurred,and the ideal filling effect was achieved.
