铁新煤矿智能掘进系统建设方案分析

摘要 针对铁新煤业目前采用的掘进机配气动锚杆钻机的掘进工艺配套形式存在的问题,为提高煤矿掘进效率和质量,以铁新煤矿2301材料巷掘进工作面为案例,结合其实际需要,对该巷道进行智能化系统改造,从工艺装备配套、掘进、运输、辅助生产、监测监控等方面,对适用于铁新煤矿2301材料巷智能掘进系统进行选型设计。实践表明,此次设计的智能掘进系统方案取得了良好的应用效果,解决了铁新煤矿采掘失衡、掘进效率较低的问题,提高了智能化程度。 In view of the problems existing in the supporting form of the tunneling process of the roadheader equipped with the pneumatic anchor drilling machine currently used in Tiexin Coal Industry,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of coal mine tunneling,taking the 2301 material roadway tunneling face of Tiexin Coal Mine as a case,combined with its actual needs,the intelligent system transformation of the roadway is carried out.From the aspects of process equipment matching,tunneling,transportation,auxiliary production,monitoring and monitoring,the intelligent tunneling system suitable for the 2301 material roadway of Tiexin Coal Mine is selected and designed.Practice shows that the intelligent tunneling system scheme designed in this paper has achieved good application results,solved the problems of mining imbalance and low tunneling efficiency in Tiexin Coal Mine,and improved the degree of intelligence.
