安全阀又称泄压阀,是一种不依赖任何外部能源而动作的自动阀门,其能够有效地确保系统压力始终处于设定范围,从而保障生产装置安全稳定运行。以DMF抽提丁二烯系统内储罐增设安全阀为例,详细阐述了安全阀的设计与选型过程,根据具体工况条件、泄放介质性质及实际工艺流程,对泄放装置设计、安全阀选型、安全泄放量计算、安全泄放面积计算进行了分析和探讨,并通过与安全阀厂家数据信息进行校核做出最终选型,为今后安全阀设计提供了参考。
The safety valve,also known as relief valve is a kind of automatic valve that acts without relying on any external energy.It can effectively ensure that the system pressure always stays within the set range,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production device.Taking the example of adding safety valve to the storage tank in the DMF butadiene extraction system,the design and selection process of safety valve was described in detail.According to the specific working conditions,the nature of the released medium and the actual process flow,the design of relief device,the selection of safety valve,the calculation of safety relief volume and the calculation of safety relief area were analyzed and discussed,and the final selection was made by checking the data with the safety valve manufacturer.It provides a reference for the design of safety valve in the future.
