思政教育是高职院校育人功能得以实现的根本途径,课程思政是思政教育的重要组成部分。组建课程思政虚拟教研室,可为高职课程思政的效能提升提供重要助力。在总结高职院校开展课程思政必要性的基础上,梳理高职课程思政存在的主要问题,明确组建课程思政虚拟教研室对课程思政效能提升的助力作用,探究课程思政教研室的组建和运行管理策略。

Ideological and political education is the fundamental way for higher vocational colleges to achieve their educational function,and ideological and political education in curriculum is an important component of ideological and political education.Establishing a virtual teaching and research office for ideological and political education in curriculum can provide important assistance for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in curriculum in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of summarizing the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education in curriculum in higher vocational colleges,the main problems existing in ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges are sorted out,and the role of establishing a virtual teaching and research office for ideological and political education in curriculum in enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in curriculum is clarified.The establishment and operation management strategies of the virtual teaching and research office for ideological and political education in curriculum are explored.
