摘要 降低中速柴油机NOx排放的研究具有重要的现实意义。利用AVL BOOST软件,以Wartsila4L20型中速柴油机为模拟原型建立仿真模型,通过台架试验数据验证模型模拟的准确性,并利用所建立的模型,在综合考虑柴油机经济性和可靠性的基础上,研究米勒循环降低船用中速柴油机NOx排放的有效途径。 The research on reducing NOx emission of medium speed diesel engine is of great practical significance.In this paper,using AVL BOOST software and taking Wartsila 4L20 medium speed diesel engine as the simulation prototype,the simulation model is established,and the accuracy of model simulation is verified by bench test data.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the economy and reliability of diesel engine,the effective way of Miller cycle to reduce NOx emission of marine medium speed diesel engine is studied by using the established model.
