M活力城地下车库防卫安全设计策略研究

地下车库作为城市静态交通的重要组成部分,存在较多设计不合理的地方,极易引发安全问题.从环境设计预防犯罪的角度出发,以长春市M活力城为例进行调查问卷,运用SPSS数理分析工具对调查问卷进行因子分析和多元线性回归分析,梳理出影响M活力城地下车库环境参与者安全感的空间环境特性,并按照影响程度强弱依次排序为可见性、识别性和通达性.然后借鉴CPTED策略,提出针对性地改善M活力城地下车库空间环境的设计策略,提高地下车库的安全感,创造良好的可防卫空间,为城市安全管理提供技术支撑.

As an important part of urban static traffic,the underground garage is an indispensable part of People’s Daily activities.However,there are many places in the underground garage that are not reasonable and humanized,which easily make the environmental participants have negative emotions such as fear and fear,and affect the defense safety.From the perspective of crime prevention,environment design in Changchun M dynamic city as an example to investigate the questionnaire,using the SPSS mathematical analysis tools to the questionnaire for factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,combing out the influence of M dynamic city defense security features of space environment,underground garage and sorted by impact strength in turn for visibility,recognition and understanding.By referring to the strategy of crime prevention in environmental design,this paper puts forward targeted design strategies to improve the space environment of underground garage,improve the safety factor of underground garage,create a good defense space,and provide technical support for urban security management.
