数字化转型背景下工商档案服务实现路径研究——以苏州工业园区为例

Research on the Implementation Path of a New Mode of Business Archives Service under the Background of Digital Transformation-A Case Study of Suzhou Industrial Park

[目的/意义]研究以“十四五”时期数字化转型为背景,着眼于工商档案与数据的价值,探讨苏州工业园区工商档案服务特色并进行问题剖析。并从查档主体、平台建设、数据治理等角度对园区工商档案服务新路径进行研究。[结论]聚焦园区股份制企业查档壁垒、工商档案数据孤岛林立等问题,提出从增加线上查档主体范围、争取工商档案全面“一网通查”、工商档案数据治理三个层面构建工商档案服务实现路径,促进园区营商环境的高质量发展。

Based on the digital transformation during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,this paper focuses on the value of industrial and commercial archives and data,discusses the characteristics of the industrial and commercial archives search mode in Suzhou Industrial Park and analyzes the problems.And research the new mode of industrial and commercial archives inspection in the park from the perspectives of file inspection subjects,platform construction,and data governance.
