“互联网+”背景下食品质量与安全专业“无机及分析化学”课程的教学改革探索

摘要 互联网时代,信息技术的快速发展为高校教育教学带来了巨大的机遇与挑战,传统教学模式已无法满足学生的个性化、多样化学习需求。“无机及分析化学”是食品质量与安全专业的必修基础课之一,高校教师函须思考如何借助新媒体信息技术对其进行改革探索及课程质量提升。基于“互联网十”背景,文章对“无机及分析化学”课程教学过程中存在的问题进行了简要分析并提出了相应的改革措施。 In the era of the Internet,the rapid development of information technology has brought enormous opportunities and challenges to higher education and teaching.Traditional teaching models can no longer meet the personalized and diverse learning needs of students.“Inorganic and analytical chemistry”is one of the compulsory basic courses for food quality and safety majors,and university teachers urgently need to think about how to use new media information technology to reform and explore it and improve course quality.Based on the background of“Internet+”,this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of“inorganic and analytical chemistry”and puts forward corresponding reform measures.
