摘要
在民机信息化建设项目的实施过程中,由于风险管理不足,往往会导致项目延期、成本增加,甚至失败,从而极大增加了项目达到预期目标的难度。因此,这类项目需要建立一份基本的风险清单,以供在实施过程中进行风险规避。文章以Leavitt风险识别模型为基础,结合文献分析法和德尔菲法,对民机信息化建设项目的风险进行了识别研究。在此基础上,从结构、任务、角色和技术等四个角度,分析了这类项目所面临的风险以及相应的处理措施,为民机信息化行业项目实施中的风险识别和应对提供了理论支持与时间参考价值。
In the implementation process of civil aircraft information construction projects,insufficient risk management often leads to project delays,increased costs,and even failures,thus greatly increasing the difficulty of achieving the expected goals of the project.Therefore,this type of project requires a basic risk list to be used as a basis for risk avoidance during the implementation process.Based on Leavitt risk identification model,this paper studies the risk identification of civil aircraft informatization construction project by combining literature analysis and Delphi method method.On this basis,from the perspectives of structure,task,role,and technology,analyze the risks faced by such projects and corresponding treatment measures,providing theoretical support and time reference value for risk identification and response in the civil aircraft information industry project implementation.
