摘要
地铁轨行区属于特殊空间,在其内部施工需设计充分的施工组织方案,前期的踏勘检测工作尤为重要,传统手段效率低,成果单一且存在遗漏风险。以车站段上排热风结构道改造施工为例,采用三维激光扫描技术可检测出施工区域断面最小限界,对模拟场景的钢结构尺寸进行复核,为施工方法验证提供真实的现场,施工后的扫描影像建立起车站结构健康档案库,完整的应用成果能够为改造施工提供全面的数据。
The subway track area is a special space,and adequate organization plans need to be designed for interior construction.The initial survey and detection work is particularly important.As traditional methods are inefficient,produce limited results,and carry the risk of omissions.In the reconstruction of the upper hot air structure in the station section,3D laser scanning technology can detect the minimum clearance of the construction area.It also can be used to measure the dimensions of steel structure which is the simulated scenario for verifying construction methods.The scanned images after construction establish records for the station’s structural health.And the whole application results can provide comprehensive data for renovation construction.
