摘要
为了探讨特高压工程施工技术管理体系,从当前管理现状、管理体系创新设计和未来发展趋势等方面进行论述。分析了特高压施工技术管理现状和不足,基于“产学研用”协调创新管理机制,提出了施工技术管理生命周期的双循环管理方法,结合当前科技发展方向,确定了特高压施工技术管理的未来发展趋势。
In order to explore the construction technology management system of ultra-high voltage engineering,this paper discusses the current management status,innovative design of management system,and future development trends.The current situation and shortcomings of construction technology management for ultra-high voltage are analyzed.Based on the coordinated innovation management mechanism of“Industry-University-Research-User”,a dual-cycle management method for the lifecycle of construction technology management is proposed.Combining with the current direction of technological development,the future development trend of construction technology management for ultra-high voltage is determined.
