建筑施工阶段周期长,施工阶段成本控制项目多,环节复杂,管理较为粗放,为了实现大型住宅小区项目施工精细化管理,通过创建项目BIM施工过程模型,进行建筑、结构、机电安装工程等全专业深化设计、三维可视化交底和精细化算量,有效指导了项目施工过程技术质量管理;通过BIM5D管理平台和挣值法管理原理应用,对工程项目进度偏差和成本偏差进行了分析;对比分析了广联达计量软件、revit软件和鲁班BIM5D软件优缺点;实现了施工成本的精细化管理,以及整个工程项目建设的提质增效。

The period of construction stage is long,the cost control project is many,the link is complex,the management is extensive.In order to realize the fine management of the large-scale residential district project construction,the BIM construction process model is created,the design,3D visualization and precise calculation of the whole specialty of architecture,structure,mechanical and electrical installation engineering are conducted,which effectively guides the technical quality management of the project construction process;Through the application of BIM5D management platform and earned value management principle,the schedule deviation and cost deviation of engineering project are analyzed;The advantages and disadvantages of Glodon software,Revit Software and LU Ban BIM5D software are compared and analyzed;It realizes the fine management of construction cost and improves the quality and efficiency of the whole project construction.
