奥司他韦治疗小儿流感安全性有效性系统评价

Systematic evaluation of the safety and efficacy of oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza in children

目的:奥司他韦在小儿流感治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法:取2021年1月-2023年1月医院收治的112例流感患儿,分为对照组与研究组。对照组采用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,研究组为奥司他韦治疗,就两组疗效、血清指标及不良反应情况进行对比、分析。结果:研究组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后CRP较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿流感的治疗中,采用奥司他韦效果较好,可有效减轻机体炎症反应,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza in children.112 influenza patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021to January 2023 were divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was treated with Xiao'er Douqiao Qingre Granules,while the study group was treated with oseltamivir.The efficacy,serum indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CRP of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir is effective in the treatment of infantile influenza,which can effectively reduce inflammation and has high safety.
