构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局是我们党根据我国发展阶段、环境、条件变化作出的重大战略决策,是我国实现高质量发展的必由之路,有利于实现中国式现代化。当前,我国构建新发展格局的比较优势日趋明显,在经济发展、原始创新、市场培育、改革开放等方面已取得了举世瞩目的成绩。为推进实现中国式现代化,应牢牢把握科技创新这个关键因素,着力夯实现代产业体系这个重要基础,紧紧抓住扩大内需这个战略基点,从而加快畅通国内大循环。还应高水平建设对外开放平台,促进国内国外双向联动,全面优化对内对外开放环境,从而使得国内国际双循环相互促进。

To construct a new development pattern with domestic cycle in China as the main body and domestic and international cycle promoting each other is a major strategic decision made by CPC Party in the light of China's development stage,environment and condition changes.It is the only way for China to achieve high-quality development and conducive to the realization of Chinese-style modernization.At present,the comparative advantage of constructing China's new development pattern is increasingly obvious.Remarkable achievements have been made in economic development,original innovation,market cultivation,reform and opening up.To achieve Chinese-style modernization,it needs to firmly grasp the key factor of scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the important foundation of the modern industrial system,and firmly focus on the strategic basis of expanding domestic demand,so as to speed up the unblocking of the great domestic cycle.It also needs to build high-level platforms for opening up,promote two-way interaction at home and abroad,and optimize the environment for opening up at home and abroad in an all-round ways,so as to make both domestic and international cycles mutually reinforcing.
