摘要
系统单位反映设备进行加载操作时,多次偶然出现加载操作无法正常结束的故障现象。故障产生的根本原因是在MBI模块双口存储器读周期,状态由读变为写,满足了MBI模块双口存储器写逻辑生成条件。根据实际测试,该“写毛刺”会写入双口存储器单元中。在新版系统软件中“毛刺”改写了发送子地址的消息块控制字为非法值,使得“加载结束状态消息块”无法发送给系统总线控制器,导致出现加载无法结束故障。通过更改MBI模块GAL逻辑,加强“写”信号生成条件,可以消除故障,纠正措施有效。进行了故障定位、机理分析、故障复现、试验验证,为其他产品排故和后续产品研发提供了一点借鉴和参考。
The system unit reports that the loading operation of the device cannot be completed normally for several times when the equipment is being loaded.The root cause of the failure is that the state changes from read to write during the read cycle of the dualport memory of the MBI module,which meets the conditions for generating the write logic of the dual-port memory of the MBI module.According to the actual test,the“write burr”will be written into the dual-port memory unit.In the new version of the system software,the“burr”rewrites the control word of the message block sending the sub-address as an illegal value,which makes the“loading end status message block”unable to be sent to the system bus controller,resulting in the failure that the loading cannot be ended.By changing the GAL logic of MBI module and strengthening the“write”signal generation conditions,the fault can be eliminated and the corrective measures are effective.Fault location,mechanism analysis,fault recurrence and test verification are carried out,which provides a reference for troubleshooting of other products and subsequent product development.
