群体·新潮·启蒙——皖江新剧团体“迪智群”考论

Community,Trendy,Enlightenment-On“Enlighten Group”and Its New Plays in Anhui

辛亥革命前夕,在社会思想变革浪潮下,芜湖率先组建了首个皖江新剧团体——“迪智群”,效仿进化团创作表演新潮剧目,旨在启民智开民风,成为近代皖江新潮演剧背景下的典型文化意象。迪智群创办人之一的齐悦羲,从旧式文人转向提倡社会变革的启蒙者和革命者,他所主导的新剧演出,在地方社会启蒙中,扮演了极为重要的历史角色,并为皖北赈灾和芜湖光复做出了一定的贡献。迪智群坎坷经营,从芜湖到安庆,再到九江、南昌,扩大了新剧在安徽、江西一带的影响力,也带动了长江流域各地新剧团体的组建。

On the eve of the Revolution of 1911,under the tide of social ideological change,Wuhu took the lead in forming the first Wanjiang new play group—“Enlighten Group”,which imitated the Evolution Group to create and perform trendy plays,aiming to enlighten the peoples wisdom and open up the folk customs,and became a typical cultural image under the background of modern Wanjiang trendy plays.Qi Yuexi,one of the founders of Enlighten Group,turned from an old-style scholar to an enlightening and revolutionary who advocated social reform.The new plays he led played a very important historical role in the local social enlightenment,and made certain contributions to the disaster relief in northern Anhui and the recovery of Wuhu.From Wuhu to Anqing,then to Jiujiang and Nanchang,Enlighten Group had expanded the influence of the new series in Anhui and Jiangxi,and also led the formation of the new series groups across the Yangtze River Basin.
