高职院校舞蹈教学的现状分析与改善策略——以湖北幼儿师范高等专科学校为例

Status Analysis and Improvement Strategies for Dancing Classes in Vocational Colleges-Taking Hubei Preschool Teachers College as an Example

新职业教育法强调要增强职业教育的适应性,即职业院校教师要关注学情,探索最优的专业教学模式,同时专业教学目标也要匹配社会对于相应职业的要求。基于前期调研结论,课题通过网络问卷和现场访谈的形式,具体探讨职业院校非舞蹈专业的学生在舞蹈课学习中的心理状态,顺应新时期要求,针对生源舞蹈基础的差异性、舞蹈课程设置与学生对课程期待之间的张力和部分教师教学经验缺乏等问题,对舞蹈课进行教学改革的尝试,由此真正实现舞蹈教育应有的提升学生想象能力、审美能力以及创新能力的作用。

New vocational education law emphasizes the vocational education’s adaptiveness,which requires teachers need to focus on students’situations,exploring the optimized teaching mode,and enable teaching target to fit into societal vocational requisite.Based on former study,the project further utilized online questionnaire and face-to-face interview,specifically discussed non-dancing major students’status in the dancing course.Following new era’s requirements,the project proposed revolutionary measures based on issues such as student’s dancing experience distinguishment,the tension between dancing class setup and students’expectations,and the teachers’inexperience etc.The goal is to empower dancing education for enabling students’imagination,aesthetic sensibility,and innovation.
