The application of problem⁃based learning in the teaching of Pathophysiology for medical students

摘要 目的探讨问题导向学习(PBL)在医学本科生病理生理学教学中的应用效果。方法2022年9月至2023年6月选择南京医科大学五年制二年级由同一名病理生理教师授课的临床医学平行班104人为研究对象,一个班采用PBL+传统教学模式(试验组,n=54),另一个班采用传统讲座教学模式(对照组,n=50)。通过期末测评及教学满意度问卷调查对比两组学生的教学效果。结果试验组学生病理生理学课程期末成绩高于对照组,教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL与病理生理学课程体系融合起到了一种动态的协同作用,加深学生对疾病过程的理解,增强了学生对专业知识应用的能力,提高了学习效率。 Objective To explore the application effect of Problem⁃Based Learning(PBL)in the teaching of Pathology and Physiology for undergraduate medical students.Methods 104 sophomore students from two parallel classes in the five⁃year program at Nanjing Medical University from September 2022 to June 2023,who were taught by the same Pathophysiology teacher,were selected as the research subjects.One class adopts the PBL mode and traditional teaching mode(experimental group,n=54),the other class adopts the traditional lecture teaching mode(control group,n=50).The teaching effectiveness of the two groups was evaluated through final assessment and teaching satisfaction questionnaire surveys.Results The final scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The integration of PBL and the curriculum system of pathophysiology has played a dynamic synergistic role,deepening studentsunderstanding of the disease process,enhancing studentsability to apply professional knowledge,and improving learning efficiency.
