造纸企业智能仓储系统技术研究

摘要 在国家“双碳”战略目标的背景下,探究造纸企业智能化发展新模式,是助推其转型升级实现可持续发展的有效方法。本课题分析了造纸企业智能化改造存在的问题,提出了通过条形码系统技术实现造纸企业的工业化与信息化融合,通过构建智能仓储系统,实现信息化到智能化的升级改造。进一步介绍了构建智能仓储系统技术方案及各功能模块的运行机制,结合应用实践,分析了该智能仓储系统的运行成效。核算结果表明,智能仓储系统运行1年后,公司的财务成本约降低6200万元,精准订单量提高20%,交付时间缩短30%,物资出入库效率提高10%,客户投诉率减少30%。 Under the background of national“Dual Carbon”strategic target,exploring the new intelligent development mode of papermaking industry is an effective way to promote its transformation and upgrading to achieve sustainable development.In this paper,the problems of intelligent transformation of papermaking industry were analyzed,the integration of industrialization and informationization of papermaking industry through barcode system technology was put,and the upgrading and transformation from informationization to intelligence was real⁃ized by the constructing intelligent warehouse system.Furthermore,the technical scheme of intelligent warehouse system and the operation mechanism of each functional module were presented,the operation effects of the intelligent warehouse system combined with the application practice were analyzed.The accounting results showed that after one year’s operation of the intelligent warehousing system,the company’s financial cost were reduced by about 62 million yuan,the accurate order quantity was increased by 20%,the delivery time was shortened by 30%,the efficiency of materials in and out of the warehouse was increased by 10%,and the customer complaint rate was reduced by 30%.
