摘要
我国的科技创新能力虽然总体上有所提升,但是许多产业“大而不强、多而不优”的格局没有得到根本上改变,关键核心技术受制于人,“卡脖子”的风险依然存在。行业高校作为产业科技创新的重要策源地,在关键核心技术的协同攻关方面存在着技术研发动力不足、资源整合能力有限、人才培养力度不够以及科技成果转化能力较低等困境。以产学研“三螺旋”理论为指导,依据“知识—生产—产品”的逻辑,行业高校需要在基本研究、共性技术及成果转化三个阶段探寻关键核心技术攻关的协同机制与路径。
Although the capacity of science and technology innovation in China has generally improved,but the pattern of many industries with "big but not strong,many not good" has not fundamentally changed,key core technology is subject to the human,"bottleneck" risks remain.As an important source of industrial science and technology innovation,colleges and universities have the dilemma of being lack of technology RD power,limited resource integration ability,insufficient training of talents and low conversion ability of scientific and technological achievements.Guided by the "three helix" theory of industrial research and research,and based on the "knowledge-production-product" logic,colleges and universities in the industry need to explore the key core technologies in the basic research,common technology and result transformation of the three stages of the collaborative mechanism and path.
