新工科背景下高校青年教师的跨学科教研特征与能力提升路径

Characteristics and Practical Paths of Interdisciplinary Teaching and Research for Young College Teachers under the Background of New Engineering

摘要 新工科建设需要高校青年教师的跨学科教研能力的支撑,而跨学科教研对于青年教师来说是一把双刃剑。跨学科入职比和本硕博跨学科比是考量一所高校青年教师跨学科特征的重要指标。中国矿业大学青年教师的跨学科特征除体现了以工科为主、以矿业为特色的办学历史和传统外,也在教学(课堂教学和实践教学)和科研(研究方向、基金项目和跨学科科研组织)等方面体现了学校的新工科专业建设实践路径。高校、政府、社会和企业应多方协作,共同推动高校青年教师跨学科教研能力的提升。 The construction of new engineering needs the support of interdisciplinary teaching and research ability of young teachers in universities,and interdisciplinary teaching and research is a double-edged sword for young teachers.The interdisciplinary entry ratio and the interdisciplinary ratio are important indicators to evaluate the interdisciplinary characteristics of young teachers in a university.The interdisciplinary characteristics of the young teachers in China University of Mining and Technology not only reflect the history and tradition of running a school with engineering as the main and mining as the characteristic,but also reflect the practical path of the school's new engineering major construction in terms of teaching(classroom teaching and practical teaching) and scientific research(research direction,fund projects and interdisciplinary scientific research organization).Universities,government,society and enterprises should work together to promote the improvement of interdisciplinary teaching and research ability of young teachers in universities and colleges.
