大学学风是对一所大学的全部或多数学生在学习方面具有趋同一致性的综合表现抽象和概括,是这些学生在特定社会和学校环境中形成的趋同一致且较为稳定的学习观念和学习行为的复合体,对每位学生的学习观念与学习行为发挥持续影响。新时代中国特色世界一流大学学风建设应该着重引导学生形成为中华民族伟大复兴而勤奋学习的学习目的观,在知识积累基础上实现德智体美劳全面发展和学术创新的学习本质观,以真才实学服务人民的学习目标观,广泛学习一切有价值的知识的学习内容观,坚持理论联系实际的学习方法观,养成脚踏实地、百折不挠、系统全面、不计得失、团结协作学习的良好学习习惯。大学要明确学风建设目标,引导广大教师参与学风建设;创新制度设计,为大学生深入基层学习、联系实际学习、勇攀高峰学习提供坚实保障;面向大学生系统开展价值观引导、学习观指导和学习方法培训,帮助大学生端正学习态度,掌握科学方法,提升学习成效。
