总结1例狼疮肾病尿毒症患者内瘘狭窄血管腔内成形术(percutaneous transluminal angioplasty, PTA)术后的个案护理。邵阳学院附属第一医院血液透析室收治1名狼疮肾病尿毒症内瘘狭窄患者,根据患者特殊情况对症施治,运用个性化护理,并跟踪其效果。术后的血液透析过程中,患者内瘘假性动脉瘤缩小,血管张力变小,搏动可,震颤可,维持理想充足血流量(≥230 mL/min)。通过个性化护理措施,患者术后的内瘘血流理想,能够掌握内瘘狭窄PTA术后的自我护理,也增强了战胜疾病的信心。

To summarize the nursing care of a patient with lupus nephropathy and uremia complicated internal fistulastenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA).A patient with lupus nephropathy and uremic complicated with internal fistula stenosis in was admitted to the hemodialysis room of the affiliated hospital of Shaoyang University.According to the special situation of the patient,individualized nursing was used and the effect was followed up.During postoperative hemodialysis,the patient s internal fistula pseudoaneurysm was reduced,the vascular tension was reduced,the pulsation was acceptable,the tremor was acceptable,and the ideal sufficient blood flow was maintained(≥230 mL/min).Through individualized nursing measures,the patients postoperative internal fistula blood flow was ideal,and he can master the self-care after PTA for internal fistula stenosis and enhance confidence in the disease.
