基于斑马鱼模型的心血管疾病研究进展

Research progress of cardiovascular diseases based on zebrafish

目前,心血管疾病严重威胁着人类的生命健康,具有发病急、病死率高、复发率高等特点。斑马鱼因具有体积小、易饲养、繁殖快、胚胎透明、性成熟周期短、遗传基因与人类遗传基因高度相似等特点已被广泛应用于科学研究的各项前沿领域。近年来基于斑马鱼进行的降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、保护心脏、抗血栓、抗炎等研究,阐述了斑马鱼在治疗心血管疾病方面的药物筛选和应用价值,可为治疗心血管疾病药物的开发提供一定的参考。

At present,cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to human life and health,with the characteristics of rapid onset,high mortality and high recurrence rate.Zebrafish has been widely used in various frontiers of scientific and technological researches because of its small size,easy breeding,fast reproduction,transparent embryos,short sexual maturity cycle,and high similarity of genetic genes to human genetic genes.During recent years,the studies of zebrafish model on hypolipidemic,anti-atherosclerosis,heart protection,anti-thrombosis,anti-inflammation,etc,explained the drug screening and application value of zebrafish in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,which provided a certain reference for the development of drugs to treat cardiovascular diseases.
