摘要
科学的教育评价促进并引领着教育的科学发展。针对我国专业学位研究生教育进入新时代所面临的结构和质量协调、需求和供给匹配的新挑战,在梳理我国专业学位研究生教育质量评价发展和现状的基础上,聚焦评价机制的研究,围绕“谁来评”“评什么”和“如何评”展开分析,提出“政府引导、高校自评、社会协同”的专业学位研究生教育质量评价体系框架和要素模型,并就具体实施给出理顺评价主体、加强培养全过程评价、促进评价与动态调整结合、规范评价行为等四方面建议。
Scientific education evaluation promotes and leads the scientific development of education.In view of the new challenges of structure and quality coordination,demand and supply matching faced by China’s professional degree graduate education in the new period,this paper focuses on the research of evaluation mechanism based on combing the development and current situation of China’s professional degree graduate education quality evaluation.On this basis,this paper analyzes“who will evaluate”,“what to evaluate”and“how to evaluate”,proposes the framework and element model of the professional degree graduate education quality evaluation system of“government guidance,university self-evaluation,and social coordination”,and gives four suggestions for the specific implementation,such as straightening out the evaluation subject,strengthening the whole process of training evaluation,promoting the combination of evaluation and dynamic adjustment,and standardizing the evaluation behavior.
