摘要
全面提高人才自主培养质量是我国人才培养的重要目标。以湖南某高校机械工程学科在过去三年学位论文外审结果为样本,全面分析了博士生学位论文评审质量与博士生以及导师的关系。研究发现,“985工程”高校和“申请—考核”的博士生,其送审的学位论文更容易获得优秀。博士生导师的指导经验与博士生学位论文质量存在正比例关系。指导年限在4~5年的博士生毕业时其学位论文的优秀率更高。
To improve the quality of independent talent training is an important goal of talent training in China.Based on the external review results of the dissertations of students in mechanical engineering discipline of a university in Hunan Province in the past three years,this paper analyzes the relationship between the review results and doctoral students and supervisors.The students from“985”universities or“applied for examination”were more likely to obtain excellent external results.The supervisors have a long time of guidance experience,which is a positive ratio to the improvement of doctoral dissertation quality.Meanwhile,the excellent rate of these with doctoral guidance duration of 4~5 years is higher.
