基于全面掌控校园动态构建平安高校的探索研究

高校学生数量的大幅增加及思想的不可控性,引发了不同程度的校园安全事件,干扰了校园和谐,成为高校和社会普遍关注的问题。构建平安高校需要高校采取积极有效的手段增强校园安全防护能力,预防大学生违法犯罪,有效保障校园安全和谐,更好地正确引导大学生健康成长,培养和造就我国社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质专门人才。提出通过加强信息联通、夯实工作基础、提升防治素养,以健全完善校园安全机制、提升安全保障水准,管理网络舆情,线上线下同步监控,及时排查和收集学生信息,初步做出预判,提前采取有效措施,密织平安校园防护网。

The significant increase in the number of college students and the uncontrollability of their thinking have triggered varying degrees of campus security incidents,disrupted campus harmony,and become a common concern for universities and society.Building a safe university requires universities to take active and effective measures to enhance their campus safety protection capabilities,prevent illegal and criminal activities by college students,effectively ensure campus safety and harmony,better guide the healthy growth of college students,and cultivate and cultivate high-quality specialized talents needed for China’s socialist modernization construction.This paper proposes to strengthen information connectivity,solidify the foundation of work,enhance prevention and control literacy,improve campus security mechanism,enhance security protection levels,manage network public opinion,synchronize online and offline monitoring,timely investigate and collect student information,make preliminary predictions,take effective measures in advance,and weave a safe campus protection network.
