摘要 党的二十大提出深入实施科教兴国战略,内蒙古工业大学确立建设国内知名、民族地区一流的教学研究型大学发展目标,这些都对人才的培养提出了更高的要求。“纳米材料与纳米技术”课程肩负着无机非金属材料工程科研实践创新人才培养的使命。针对“科研思维薄弱、科研能力欠缺,学习能力差异性”等问题,团队依托成员研究室及企业实践基地,秉承“见纳知著、学纳储能、思纳助力”的教学理念,重构教学内容,创设导师制分层培养教学情境模式,构建生态教学环境,弘扬中国优秀学者严谨治学的态度,传承工匠精神,培养新工科背景下国家及地区所需的科技创新实践人才,以期实现以创新结果解决教学痛点,培养高质量创新人才的目标。 It is clearly put forward in the Report of the 20th National Party Congress to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the development goal of Inner Mongolia University of Technology is to build itself into a well-known and first-class teaching and research-oriented university in ethnic areas.Under the background this course shoulder important mission in cultivating practical ability of students for engineering of inorganic non-metallic materials scientific research.In order to solve the problems of“weak thinking in scientific research,lack of scientific research ability and difference in learning ability”of students in curriculum teaching,the team relies on the research room of the team members,adhering to the teaching philosophy of“from one small clue one can see what is coming,learning nanomaterials can improve capacity storage,thinking about nanomaterials can help improve scientific innovation”.The establishment of hierarchical training teaching situation mode of tutorial system and the construction of ecological teaching environment aims to create“five-step,four-dimension and three-step integration”teaching classroom,promote the rigorous academic attitude of Chinese outstanding scholars,inherit the spirit of craftsman,and cultivate scientific and technological innovation practical talents needed by the country and region under the background of“new engineering”,solve the teaching pain points and achieve the goal of training high-quality innovative talents.
