“双创”理念下职业院校“经济法”课程教学改革实践

Teaching Reform Practice of Economic Law Course in Vocational Colleges under the Concept of“Entrepreneurship and Innovation”

目前,中国教育水平不断提高,国家对“双创”理念教育越来越重视。“双创”对职业院校学生来说越来越重要,社会对“双创”型学生的需求也越来越大。“经济法”是经济和管理专业学生的必修核心课程。作为“双创”概念的一部分,探索“经济法”教学改革以培养“双创”人才至关重要。研究发现,目前的“经济法”教学存在教学手段单一、教师团队“双创”能力薄弱、教学成果考核方式落后、教材缺少“双创”教育理念等问题。因此,需要根据“双创”理念进行经济法课程教学改革,提高职业院校“双创”理念教学能力,提高职业院校学生的创新创业能力。

At present,the level of education in China is increasing,and the state is paying more and more attention to the concept of“E&I”education,which is becoming more and more important for students in vocational colleges and universities,and there is a growing demand for these talents in society.Economic Law is a required core course for economics and management students.As part of the concept of“E&I”,it is important to explore the reform of teaching Economic Law to cultivate talents.It is found that the current teaching of Economic Law has the problems of single teaching method,weak teaching team’s ability,outdated assessment method of teaching results,and lack of“E&I”education concept in teaching materials.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the teaching of Economic Law according to the concept,improve the teaching ability in vocational colleges,and improve the entrepreneurship and innovation ability of vocational students.
