赛训结合推进研究生专创融合能力培养

摘要 研究生专业与创新创业能力培养是高校一项具有重要意义的工作。搭建校企合作实践平台、组建创新创业导师团队、激发学生团队创业激情等可有效促进研究生创新创业能力的培养。为促进产教资源合理利用,提高专创融合能力,研究生创新创业教育要推进理论与实践相结合、师生树立共同创新创业愿景;通过科技竞赛与企业实训相结合,搭建研究生专创融合发展平台;健全有效管理制度,促进团队的良好运行;制定完善的配套及保障激励机制,构建研究生创新创业教育支撑体系。 It is of great significance for universities to culture the graduate students᾿professional and innovative entrepreneurial ability.Building a practice platform for university-enterprise cooperation,setting up a team of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors,and stimulating students᾿entrepreneurial passion can effectively promote the cultivation of graduate students’entrepreneurship and innovation ability.In order to promote the rational utilization of production and education resources and improve the ability of specialized innovation and integration,colleges and universities should promote the combination of theory and practice and establish the vision of joint innovation and entrepreneurship between teachers and students;build a platform for the integration of graduate innovation and development through the combination of science and technology competition and enterprise training;improve the effective management system to promote the good operation of the team;formulate a complete supporting and guarantee incentive mechanism,and build a support system for postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education.
