领导能力现代化是指在科学理论和现代文化知识指导下,进行科学决策、社会动员、资源配置、统筹协调、组织保障、自我纠错等各个方面的内在本领和个性心理特征。党的领导能力包括思想引领力、政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力、群众组织力、从严管党治党能力、治国理政能力等多个方面和领域。我们党要以党的建设科学化推进党的领导能力现代化,具体包括三个方面:思想建设的科学化为提高党的领导水平指明了方向,须以科学的思想推进党的领导能力现代化;制度建设的科学化是提升党的领导能力的保障,须以科学的制度推进党的领导能力现代化;科学的方法是党的领导能力现代化的桥梁,以科学的方法推进党的领导能力现代化,为推进党的领导能力现代化建设提供基本路径和活动规律。

Modernization of leadership capabilities refers to the inherent skills and individual psychological characteristics of scientific theory and modern cultural knowledge,under the guidance of scientific theory and modern cultural knowledge,scientific decision-making,social mobilization,resource allocation,coordination and cooperation,organizational guarantee,and self-correction.Our party should promote the modernization of the party's leadership capabilities scientifically,including three aspects:the scientificization of ideological construction improves the direction of the party's leadership,and we must promote the modernization of the party's leadership with scientific ideas;The scientificization of construction is the guarantee of improving the party's leadership capabilities,and we must promote the modernization of the party's leadership with a scientific system;the scientific method is the bridge of the party's leadership capability,and we must improve the modernization of party leadership capacity by providing basic paths and activities.
