摘要
根据溶解氧测定仪的检定方法,研制了一种新型的溶解氧测定仪自动检定装置。该装置可在溶解氧值5~15 mg/L的范围内预先设定检定所需的任意标准值,自动测量大气压值,自动控制和改变恒温槽状态,同时可以预先设定程序,自动改变检定点、自动采集测量结果的图像,实现检定过程自动化,并根据测量数据生成检定校准原始记录。通过实验,装置的溶解氧设定值误差不超过-0.04 mg/L;装置的扩展不确定度评定结果为0.06 mg/L(k=2),结果表明该装置准确度高,稳定性好,可用于溶解氧测定仪的检定或校准。
According to the verification method of dissolved oxygen analyzer,a new automatic verification device of dissolved oxygen analyzer was developed.The device could preset any standard value required for verification in the range of dissolved oxygen value of 5-15 mg/L,automatically measure atmospheric pressure value,automatically control and change the state of constant temperature tank,and preset program,automatically changed the verification point,automatically collected the image of the measurement result,the verification process was realized automatically,and the original record of verification and calibration were generated according to the measurement data.Through the experiment,the setting error of the dissolved oxygen value was less than-0.04 mg/L,and the expanded uncertainty evaluation result was 0.06 mg/L(k=2).The device can be used for the verification or calibration of dissolved oxygen analyzer.
