基于WPS VBA编程的Top-Down法评定化学分析测量不确定度

摘要 在WPS表格平台上利用VBA编程,建立了包含异常值的判别和剔除、测量系统正态性和独立性检验以及不确定度评定三个功能模块的Top-Down法评定程序,采用RB/T 141—2018附录B中实例中的数据对评定程序进行验证,得到的结果与实例中的数据相同,表明评定程序是可靠的。该程序的建立可以大幅降低评定人员的计算量,有利于Top-Down评定测量不确定度法在地质、农业、环境等化学检测领域的广泛普及。 VBA programming was used on the WPS form platform to establish an evaluation program that includes three functional modules:the identification and elimination of outliers,the normality and independence inspection of the measurement system,and the evaluation of uncertainty.The evaluation procedure was verified using the data in the example in Annex B of RB/T 141—2018,and the results were the same as the data in the example,indicating that the evaluation procedure was reliable.The establishment of this program can greatly reduce the calculation amount of the evaluators,and it is conducive to the wide popularization of Top-Down evaluation measurement uncertainty method in the fields of geology,agriculture,environment and other chemical detection.
