装配式混凝土建筑施工质量风险及控制要点研究

Study on Construction Quality Risk and Control Points of Fabricated Concrete Buildings

近来年,装配式混凝土建筑因具有“四节一环保”的优点而被大量推广。在推广的过程中,装配式混凝土建筑也出现一些典型质量风险。施工阶段是装配式混凝土建筑质量控制的关键环节,为了能够有效解决施工过程中出现的质量风险,论文从施工准备阶段、构件入场验收、卸车、存放阶段、构件吊装、固定阶段、现浇混凝土构件浇筑阶段、灌浆阶段入手,总结并分析了装配式混凝土建筑施工中的质量风险,同时提出了针对性的控制要点。

recent years,the prefabricated concrete building has been popularized because of its advantages of “Four sections and one environmental protection”.In the process of popularization,there are also some typical quality risks in prefabricated concrete buildings.The construction stage is the key link of the quality control of the assembled concrete building,in order to solve the typical quality risk in the construction process effectively,this paper starts with the construction preparation stage,the entry and acceptance of the members,the unloading stage,the storage stage,the lifting stage,the fixing stage,the pouring stage and the grouting stage of the cast-in-situ concrete members,this paper summarizes and analyzes the quality risks in the construction of assembled concrete buildings,and puts forward the corresponding control points.
