摘要
为确保集成式附着整体提升脚手架在安装、使用、安拆过程中的安全性与可靠性,通过对附着式升降脚手架的外围架子受力体系、附墙受力连接、整体升降体系的分析及应用,研究了该体系受力性能的可靠性与计算机同步遥控提升的可行性。结果表明:该体系不仅具有平台整体提升的适用性,而且具有远端无线遥控优势,由此可见该技术具有广阔的市场推广应用前景,且该技术绿色环保,经济效益显著。
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the integrated attachment integral lifting scaffold in the process of installation,use and disassembly,through the analysis and application of the force system of the outer frame,the force connection of the attached wall and the whole lifting system of the attached lifting scaffold,the reliability of the force performance of the system and the feasibility of the computer synchronous remote control lifting are studied,the results show that the system not only has the applicability of platform overall promotion,but also has the advantage of remote wireless remote control.
