摘要
在建筑二次结构施工中,门窗洞口的两侧往往需要留设砌体墙垛,如果砌体墙垛距离框架柱较近且长度较小时,就会形成小墙垛,传统的砌体施工方式则不再适用。砌体小墙垛在实际施工中通常都是采用现浇混凝土墙垛的方式或者现浇构造柱的工艺来替换传统的砌体施工方式。然而,二次浇筑小墙垛的施工过程相对较为复杂,需要增加植筋、支模等步骤,增加了施工周期及施工成本。为了解决这个问题,论文提出了一种更合理的施工方法,研制一种工具式支撑架,实现小墙垛与框架柱同步进行支模和整体浇筑,节省支模的材料和工时成本,还能够保证结构的整体性和承载力,有效解决了传统砌体施工墙垛所面临的问题,提高了施工质量和效率。
In the construction of secondary structures in buildings,it is often necessary to leave masonry wall piers on both sides of door and window openings.If the masonry wall piers are closer to the frame columns and have a shorter length,small wall piers will form,and traditional masonry construction methods are no longer applicable.In actual construction,masonry small wall piers are usually replaced by traditional masonry construction methods using cast-in-place concrete wall piers or cast-in-place structural columns.However,the construction process of secondary pouring of small wall piers is relatively complex,requiring additional steps such as planting steel bars and supporting formwork,which increases the construction cycle and cost.In order to solve this problem,this article proposes a more reasonable construction method,developing a tool type support frame to achieve synchronous formwork support and overall pouring of small wall piers and frame columns,saving material and labor costs for formwork support,ensuring the integrity and bearing capacity of the structure,effectively solving the problems faced by traditional masonry construction wall piers,and improving construction quality and efficiency.
