摘要
建筑振动受很多因素影响。目前关于建筑振动可通过振动加速度、振动速度等物理参数进行评价,但是对于建筑的振动测试并没有得到一个很好的统一。振动是建筑的固有特性又是一种受迫运动行为。论文首先对建筑振动的危害性进行了讨论,然后总结了振动的多种产生方式,并分析了各振源的传播特性及对建筑的影响。其次,通过对现有规范中振动测试及评价方法进行归纳对比,得出了目前常用振动测试方法的共性以及振动测试过程中的关键注意事项。最后应用所总结的检测方法和要点,对某办公楼进行了舒适度振动检测。检测结果表明:振动检测要考虑建筑结构振动特点及建筑的传振路径,且要根据现场实际情况增设测点。最终检测结果对后续减振降噪具有很好的指导意义。
Building vibration is affected by many factors.At present,building vibration can be evaluated by physical parameters such as vibration acceleration and vibration velocity,but the vibration test of buildings is not well uniform.Vibration is an inherent feature of buildings and a forced movement behavior.Firstly,the hazards of building vibration are discussed,and then the various generation methods of vibration are summarized,and the propagation characteristics of each vibration source and the impact on the building are analyzed.Secondly,by summarizing and comparing the vibration test and evaluation methods in the existing specifications,the commonality of the current commonly used vibration test methods and the key precautions in the vibration test process are obtained.Finally,the summarized detection methods and key points are applied to conduct comfort vibration testing for an office building.The test results show that the vibration detection should consider the characteristics of the building structure and the vibration transmission path,and add measurement points according to the actual situation of the site.The final test results have good guiding significance for subsequent vibration and noise reduction.
