超声新技术评估慢性主动脉瓣反流患者左室心肌功能的研究进展

摘要 慢性主动脉瓣反流是临床多见的心脏瓣膜病,确定其手术干预的最佳时机仍旧面临挑战。左室射血分数(LVEF)是慢性主动脉瓣反流患者手术参考指标之一,但LVEF只有在心肌严重损伤时才会出现明显下降,此时已错过最佳手术干预时机。近年来超声新技术在评估一系列心脏瓣膜病的左室心肌功能中取得了广泛应用,本文对超声新技术在评估慢性主动脉瓣反流患者左室心肌功能方面的应用展开综述,为临床决策提供线索。 Chronic aortic regurgitation is a common valvular heart disease in clinical practice,but how to determine the optimal timing of surgery remains a challenge.As one of the surgical parameters in patients with chronic aortic regurgitation,LVEF decreases significantly only when the myocardium is severely damaged,but the best time for surgical intervention has been missed at that point.In recent years,new ultrasound techniques have gained wide application in the assessment of left ventricular myocardial function in a range of valvular heart diseases.This article summarizes the advancement of new ultrasound techniques in the evaluation of left ventricular myocardial performance in patients with chronic aortic regurgitation and provides clues for clinical decisionmaking.
