Study on FSRU custody transfer measurement system in LNG delivery

浮式储存及再气化装置(FSRU)液货管理是液化天然气(LNG)交割中的重要部分,FSRU货物交割及管理系统(CTMS)越来越多地被应用到FSRU等大型海上天然气终端上。文章以某大型FSRU改装项目的CTMS设计为例,从规范规定、系统配置等方面研究和介绍该系统的特性。

Floating storage and regasification unit(FSRU)liquid cargo management constitutes an important part of liquefied natural gas(LNG)delivery,and the FSRU custody transfer measurement system(CTMS)has been increasingly applied to large offshore natural gas terminals such as FSRU.This paper discusses the design of CTMS for a large FSRU conversion project,and studies the characteristics of the CTMS in terms of specification and system configuration.
