在活性污泥法处理污水的过程中,生化池工艺段常产生大量泡沫,若从池中溢出,不仅会降低污水处理效率,还会污染外部设备,不利于污水处理系统的操作,严重时还会影响周边环境,致使运行成本升高。如何解决污水处理中的泡沫问题已成为污水处理厂运营管理关注的热点。从污水处理过程中泡沫的形成、产生的危害及控制方法等角度进行探讨。

In the process of sewage treatment by activated sludge method,a large amount of foam is often produced in the process section of biochemical tank.If it overflows from the tank,it will not only reduce the efficiency of sewage treatment,but also pollute the external equipment,which is not conducive to the operation of sewage treatment system.In serious cas⁃es,it will affect the surrounding environment and increase the running cost.Therefore,how to solve the foam problem has become a hot topic in the operation and management of sewage treatment plants.This paper discusses the formation,haz⁃ards and control methods of foam in the process of sewage treatment.
