摘要
丁腈橡胶是目前用量最大的一种特种合成橡胶,属于非结晶的极性不饱和橡胶,具有优异的耐非极性油和非极性溶剂的性能,广泛应用于密封制品。现代工业要求丁腈橡胶具有更高的力学性能和耐磨性能,因而需对原有的丁腈橡胶配方进行改进,即采用氯化锌与环氧化天然橡胶形成化学键,再加入天然竹粉填料来增强丁腈橡胶基体。结果表明,环氧化天然橡胶能够加快硫化速率;竹粉能够大幅提升丁腈橡胶储能模量,提高材料抗形变能力。改性后的丁腈橡胶力学性能获得较大提升,拉伸强度是普通丁腈橡胶的2.6倍,撕裂强度增加了24%,100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力也有显著提高。
Nitrile rubber is currently the largest amount of special synthetic rubber,belongs to amorphous polar unsatu-rated rubber,has excellent resistance to non-polar oil and non-polar solvents,widely used in sealing products.Howev-er,modern industry requires nitrile rubber to have higher mechanical properties and wear resistance,so this paper im-proves the original nitrile rubber formula.Zinc chloride and epoxidized natural rubber were used to form chemical bonds,and natural bamboo powder filler was added to strengthen the nitrile rubber matrix.The results showed that epox-idized natural rubber could accelerate the vulcanization rate.Bamboo powder could greatly increase the energy storage modulus of nitrile rubber and improve the deformation resistance of the material.The mechanical properties of modified nitrile rubber have been greatly improved,the tensile strength was 2.6 times that of ordinary nitrile rubber,the tear strength was increased by 24%,and the elongation stress at 100%and elongation stress at 300%were also significantly improved.
