摘要
以神府半焦及其原煤为研究对象,控制半焦保持不同水分进行磨粉筛分实验,结果表明,水分较高时颗粒聚团,严重影响筛分效率,通过配煤混磨、干燥预处理方法改善其可磨性,以工业中200目筛下物的产率评价磨粉效率,结果表明,煤的掺配比例超过60%时,混合物料的可磨性明显提高,较多的水分存在也会降低半焦的磨粉效率。
This paper takes Shenfu semi-coke and its raw coal as the research object,and controls the semi-coke to maintain different moisture content to carry out grinding and screening experiments.The results show that particle ag-glomeration seriously affects the screening efficiency when the moisture is high.The method improves its grindability,and the grinding efficiency is evaluated by the yield of 200-mesh undersize in industry.The results show that when the blending ratio of coal exceeds 60%,the grindability of the mixed material is significantly improved,and the presence of more moisture.It will also reduce the grinding efficiency of semi-coke.
