摘要
醛氨法合成吡啶的反应过程中会有三甲基吡啶生成,从而影响吡啶的整体质量。对于混合有三甲基吡啶的吡啶混合液体,利用电催化氧化三甲基吡啶脱甲基反应生成吡啶。采用钛金属板作为基底,浸渍法沉积负载V_(2)O_(5),电沉积法负载Sn,得到Sn/Ti-V_(2)O_(5)电极。以了Sn/Ti-V_(2)O_(5)为阳极,Ti金属板为阴极,对三甲基吡啶电催化氧化脱甲基生成吡啶,研究了不同电流密度、反应温度、电极表面积大小、三甲基吡啶和氧气的摩尔比对三甲基吡啶脱甲基生成吡啶的效率的影响。
In the process of synthesizing pyridine by aldehyde-ammonia method,trimethylpyridine will be generated,which will affect the overall quality of pyridine.For the pyridine mixed liquid mixed with collidine,electrocatalytic oxida-tion of collidine demethylation was used to generate pyridine.Using titanium metal plate as the substrate,the immersion method was used to deposit V_(2)O_(5),and the electrodeposition method was used to support Sn to obtain Sn/Ti-V_(2)O_(5) electrode.Using Sn/Ti-V_(2)O_(5) as the anode and Ti metal plate as the cathode,the electrocatalytic demethylation of collidine to form pyr-idine was carried out.The different current densities,reacting temperatures,electrode surface area,oxygen and collidine were studied the effect of molar ratio on the efficiency of demethylation of collidine to pyridine.
