摘要
针对木薯酒精废水生化出水,采用混凝沉淀预处理-Fenton强氧化协同组合工艺对其进行深度处理。实验结果表明:当PFS投加量为1 g/L,溶液pH=6时,混凝反应达到最佳的处理效果,COD的去除率高达75.6%。Fenton强氧化过程中,当H_(2)O_(2)(30%)的投加量为0.7mL/L,n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))=1.75∶1,溶液初始pH=3时,COD的去除效率最高,为72.3%。废水经该协同组合工艺处理后出水能够达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A标准。该工艺启动快,处理效率高,反应时间短,为场地受限的木薯酒精废水厂的设计或者已建成的污水厂的快速改造提供了参考。
In view of the biochemical effluent of cassava alcohol wastewater,the coagulation sedimentation pretreatment Fenton strong oxidation synergistic process was used for advanced treatment.The results showed that the COD removal rate of 75.6%was achieved under the conditions of the dosage of PFS is 1 g/L and the pH is 6.In the Fenton strong oxi⁃dation process,when the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)(30%)is 0.7 mL/L,n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))为1.75∶1,and the initial pH of the solu⁃tion is 3,the removal efficiency of COD is the highest,up to 72.3%.The effluent of the wastewater treated by the com⁃bined process could meet the Class A standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treat⁃ment Plants(GB 18918-2002).The process has the advantages of fast startup,high treatment efficiency and short re⁃action time,which provides a reference for the design of cassava alcohol wastewater plant with limited site or the rapid transformation of the built wastewater plant.
